About the TEAM You will join the P&C Team (how we call Human Resources at Philip Morris) based at the core of the Swiss Market of PMI. The team takes care of the market’s entire population in terms of managing and deploying different exciting projects and processes such as Talent and Performance management, Talent Acquisition and many more! Who we’re looking for: Available from February to September 2024 Enrolled University (Bachelor or Master) student at the time of the internship Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Work and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related Area Customer focused, proactive, autonomous and with a strong attention to detail Good project management skills Creative, responsible, well-organized & capable of dealing with a variety of projects and deadlines Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal skills Proficient in English (spoken and written) and French/German as a plus Roles & Objectives Lead and manage the internal Internship Program by supporting our interns from their onboarding until their departure Manage our Interns‘ recruitment Develop, coordinate, deploy, follow-up and measure different projects (i.e. interns’ experiences, on-boarding and integration) Support the HR team with internal communications Prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to internal and external stakeholders Help in the preparation and analysis required for developmental initiatives, processes and trainings What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
