About the team In this position you will integrate the Benefits team, responsible for all services provided to employees in Lausanne and Neuchâtel including company restaurants, fitness centers, a wellbeing center, business and social events and a variety of other services. Therefore, you will be requested to work on both sites, Lausanne & Neuchâtel according to needs. Who we’re looking for Available from February to September 2024 Currently studying for your bachelor's degree in hospitality Autonomous and dynamic, willing to learn and grow professionally Interested and passionate in customer care experience and insights Fast decision maker in a dynamic environment High analytic « spirit », ability to concretely design and simplify existing processes Experience in collection, analysis, and evaluation of consumer data Fluent in French and English, other languages are beneficial Roles & Objectives Take ownership and give support in coordinating business events and actively participate in the preparation of happenings related to our services Collaborate with other departments on a wide range of business-related projects Help us in the quest of constantly improving our employees’ experience by turning their needs into successful business solutions Evaluate external service suppliers through KPIs, audit and financial cost controlling Depending on ongoing activities, possibility to participate in business intelligence (BI), sustainability, employee services and various workplace transformation projects (depending on current needs) What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
