Your ‘day to day’: In this newly created role, you will create a scalable, proactive, nationwide campus recruiting program in partnership with the Head of US Talent Acquisition, utilizing on and off campus candidate attraction strategies. This important work will directly support the success in the US as we #MakeHistory. • Strategically map out target schools to create maximum ROI for our locations and needs nationwide. • Develop relationships with students, professors, college career development offices, alumni associations, and diversity organizations to ensure a robust and diverse pipeline of candidates. • Design, attend and execute a differentiated on-campus, on-site, in-office and virtual events utilizing existing company global resources as well as new ideas, materials, and strategies. • Partner with our Recruitment Marketing team to design a robust online sourcing and attraction strategy. • Responsible for the initial screening, interviewing and interview process management of all campus candidates while creating a positive experience. • Create and maintain a detailed forecast and budget for a range of campus recruiting costs including on-campus events, recruitment marketing, and super days. • Obtain deep understanding of the company’s mission, structure, culture, and growth plan to effectively communicate the employee value proposition to students and build brand awareness. • Track and analyze recruiting and hiring metrics to ensure constant market adaptation, strategic course correction and effective hiring practices. • Create effective referral tracking and communication plan with a focus on timely communications to all parties.
