About the team The Internal Comms. team at the Philip Morris factory: ensures effective communication by developing and implementing the communication strategy; builds employees’ engagement in crafting and leading initiatives that boost people’s sense of belonging; improves organizational culture, ensuring smooth internal communications; collaborates with factory’s department to craft trainings programs related to effective communication. Who we’re looking for Available from February to September 2024 Currently studying for a Master’s Degree in in graphic design / marketing / video editing / digital communication. Proficient in French and English, written and oral (French is a must). Proficiency in graphic and video editing tools (very good knowledge of the Adobe suite, Canva, etc.). Handle social media and how to communicate on those. Great creativity and curiosity are crucial, we want the intern to bring freshness and modernity to our communications regardless of the tools used. Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to handle projects by him/herself. Experience in visual management/content creation activities. Previous experience in a corporate environment is a plus. Good communication skill (at ease in human contact with people from no matter what hierarchical level of the organization; comfortable with change and last-minute changes; at ease in a production environment). Innovation attitude towards the communication channels and methods. Roles & Objectives The intern will support the Communication and Engagement team with the creation of communication materials (both graphics and videos) to be shared with coworkers to engage all employees, growing awareness of Operations strategies, Vision and Values and Factory Objectives, through tailored messages applying all available communication platforms and channels, while maintaining alignment and consistency to all other factories communication guidelines and plans. Moreover, they will participate in the organisation of internal events dedicated to the factory population.
