About the team You will join and work in close collaboration with the consumer insights and analytics team in Philip Morris International in Lausanne. The team acts as the cohesive force that underpins PMI’s consumer centric and data-driven strategy by providing actionable insights. You’ll have the opportunity to work with people from different skills set, whilst the team focuses on UX & E-commerce Analytics & Tagging. Who we’re looking for o Available from February to September 2024 o Currently studying for your Master/bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or Business Analytics o Fluent in English (written and spoken) and strong writing and communication skills o Data-driven mindset with sharp analytical and data analysis skills o Demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insights o Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work proactively and independently o Interest in web competitive intelligence to support understanding of online presence, challenges, and opportunities in the industry o Experience working with google analytics and dashboards creation would be highly appreciated Roles & Objectives • Build insights reports with actionable recommendations on PowerPoint from multiple data sources • Communicate with stakeholders to capture requests, present insights, and get feedback • Identify websites’ opportunities through the comprehension of the users and advise accordingly • Monitor and find trends to understand how our own online presence stacks up against the competitors' online presence What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
