About the team You will join the Omni-Channels Performance Analytics team, where we are responsible for handling the analytical requirements for understanding how well our sales & support channels are performing, including 3rd party stores, our branded retail stores, our customer service centre, our online presence, and product care lifecycle. Who we’re looking for Available from February to September 2024 Currently pursuing a Master / bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics, or any similar subjects. Knowledge of Microsoft Office solution, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge in SQL (select data from tables, joins). Basic knowledge of analytics preferred (ability to build simple dashboards in Power Bi or any other tool). Coding skills in any programming language would be an advantage. Proficient in English, other local languages are an asset. Roles & Objectives Supervising data collection process to make sure the data for monthly performance measurement is available timely and with appropriate quality. Working directly with data (SQL/dashboards/excel) to prepare ad-hoc / investigation analysis supporting data-driven decisions. Data manipulation / loading activities. Preparation of monthly performance insights for Direct Retail, Customer Services, IQOS Partners, Digital Trade Engagement, etc. Documentation of the requirements clarified with the key customers (KPIs & dashboard layout) and data availability validation to convert it into action plan / roadmap. Working in close collaboration with Insights CoE and Power BI developers to ensure dashboards delivery is timely and in line with agreed requirements. Maintaining status updates using our project management tool (JIRA).
