We are seeking for enthusiastic team member to be part of the commercial and operation team! This individual would be directly involved in managing, evaluating and providing meaningful insights that help the organization to take informed decision in driving business growth in General Trade & Key Accounts (indirect channel). We are actively seeking individual that are passionate yet remain curious to find the real/best answer from multiples sources of data. The ideal candidate must possess strategic thinking in business performance measurements & pro-active collaboration mindset with internal & external stakeholders with the intent to deliver quality outcome. Key Responsibilities: •Reports directly to Manager, Commercial Intelligence and is mainly responsible for driving insights and analysis to data on PMM consumables category (Conventional cigarettes or Heat Not Burn). •Design and develop tactical trade programs to defend against business threats or capitalize on growth opportunities based on data-driven insights and analytics provided by the Data Infrastructure team. •Lead in measuring, monitoring, and analysing business or program performances against metrics and develop actionable plans in collaboration with the deployment teams. •Establish meaningful insights through competition intel and field’s feedbacks that could allow organization to have right information to make an informed business action plans based on the categories involved. •Foster close collaboration and communication with departments such as Commercial Planning, Business Planning, Portfolio and Field Sales to drive collective business impact. •Key liaison to our 3rd party research agency and work closely with the agency to improve the quality the deliverables from time to time. Essential Skills and competencies: •At least 1-3 years prior experience working in data management roles such as sales information, data analytics, business/commercial planning. •Additional plus if the candidate has in-depth experience in PowerBI and Data Governance management. •The candidate must possess strong business acumen on FMCG industry to have the ability in contributing and driving business goal through establishing meaningful insights through data. •A pro-active team member that has the ability to lead the scope, consulting stakeholders, prioritizing workload in a dynamic environment while driving impactful business outcome. •A solid “Forward Looking” persona that always curious and continue to seek for input/ideas from diverse sources in search of solutions to problems. •Attention to detail and high level of curiosity when it comes to interpreting data and presenting hard facts.
