YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • You are responsible for developing Marketing strategies using global guidelines, adapting in accordance with the local market conditions • You create successful marketing campaigns and initiatives and work closely with the Consumer Experience team, to develop the narrative, messaging, and visuals • You analyze market trends, consumer journey data insights and competition activity to build strong development activities and conduct post launch campaign and initiative analysis to ensure constant flow of learning and improvement • You lead the end-to-end stages of marketing campaigns and activities across the organization, ensuring excellent communication, planning, implementation, and post analysis and learning • You manage external agencies and partners, and work closely with different functions within the organization, as well as Regional and Global counterparts • You ensure excellent budget planning and organization, negotiating with external parties to find the most optimal opportunities YOUR PROFILE: • You have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar • You have at least six years of experience in a similar position, especially in marketing • You have experience in project management and managing cross-functional teams • You have a strong learning mindset and capability, analytical thinking skills • You are flexible and able to work in a complex and challenging changing environment and manage long-term developments • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, fluent German is an advantage • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP INTERESTED?
