About the team The Net Revenue Management team, within the commercial function, is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and developing commercial excellence and pricing initiatives worldwide to support revenue growth. Commercial excellence initiatives cover a wide range of activities, such as route-to-market design, trade margin optimization, KA contract redesign, wholesaler compensation, and in-store execution excellence. In addition, pricing initiatives identify data-driven opportunities for revenues and margins optimization. Who we’re looking for: Available from February to September 2024 4th-5th year students with educational background in Engineering/Finance/Economics. An analytical problem-solver, brave to challenge the ‘status quo’. A candidate with high-level of analytical thinking, ability to address problems in a fast-paced environment, able to read data quickly and draw out-of-box conclusions from them in a candid way. Self-motivated standout colleague, keen on learning and facing new challenges. Proficient English speaker. Nice to have: any basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). Roles & Objectives You will work from a central team and closely with a commercial team in a market to identify and develop commercial opportunities related to route to market, retailer or wholesaler trade margins, pricing, in-store commercial excellence. You will identify potential business opportunities to support revenue growth and/or increased margins through in-depth analysis, conversations with commercial teams and intuitions. You will need to devise and develop business solutions to address the found opportunities; you will assess the feasibility of the proposals through the creation of arguments and return on investment calculations. You will adjust your proposals so that you have an economically efficient solutions that are at the same time practically implementable by the business team. Together with the market team you will build a commercial plan to prioritize and deploy all the agreed initiatives, and you will set up a comprehensive monitoring system that will help the market to adjust the initiatives once implemented.
