TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type : Permanent - Work location : Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ 1) Build credible and positive business environment for PMK by proactively engaging with external stakeholders, especially media, in line with the Company’s position so as to ultimately achieve the vision, Smoke-free Future. Create high quality of media publicity materials to effectively deliver the Company's key message. Successfully foresee and manage risks from media to protect our business and reputation. 2) Mainly responsible for media relations to build a favorable business environment toward PMK/PMI (daily media meeting, media inquiry handling etc.) 3) Responsible for planning and creating media publicity materials (press release, feature articles, etc.) 4) Act as PMK's spokesperson for media, especially in the event of issues 5) Prepare media interview and press event (any types of media engagement activities such as press conference, media forum, media engagement session, media factory tour etc.) 6) Provide regulatory support by pitching valuable feature articles to impactful media channels 7) Risk monitoring of the media that may impact the company and business, and manage with intervention plans WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 1) Minimum 10 years in media, public relations, CSR and/or other relevant, experience in PR agency, NGO or multinational areas 2) Minimum 3 years in people management experience 3) High level of communications and negotiations skills 4) Proficiency in English 5) Fluent in Korean WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
