Global Travel Services mailbox, and PMI internal systems SNOW & MyPMI) - Communication to travellers and travel arrangers (e.g., travel policy updates, system maintenance, etc.) - User Governance (Trainings/OBT experience) - Review and approve travel-related roles and accesses • Supplier management: - TMCs (Travel Management Companies) and OBTs (Online booking tools Cytric & Concur) management (incl. regular calls, payment issues, service-level issues, data reporting errors, incident resolution, etc.) - SLA (Service Level Agreement) monitoring incl. complaint handling, escalation, resolution timing, reporting - Administration of PMI preferred supplier program in the OBTs and TMCs • OBT administration: - Implement and validate new features in the OBT Cytric and Concur - Ensure OBT alignment and consistency across all countries and provide relevant support to OBT users • Operational day-do-day Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
