We are looking for an experienced IT Clinical Solution Manager to elevate the PMI Clinical digital landscape to pharma-grade level required to evidence the impact of smoke-free product. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient, knowledgeable of digital clinical practices but also possesses an innovation mindset, excellent leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive meaningful change. As IT solution Manager Clinical, you engage actively with your business partners to ensure the alignment of the clinical solutions portfolio with the latest PMI Life-Sciences strategy. You manage the project roadmap required to maintain such alignment. You and your team’s responsibilities include planning, implementation, and delivery in the clinical area. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Extensive experience in IT Life-Sciences, with a focus on clinical environments • Knowledge of clinical-specific regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience with clinical, or clinically relevant data management. Experience with RWE and RWD is particularly welcome • Experience with design and development of analytic platforms that support both BI and Clinical Data Science (ML/AI) capabilities using best of breed tools and technologies is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Project Management experience, PMP certification is a plus. • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address evolving research needs HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Apply theory and practice to design comprehensive transformation Plans that are deliverable and create great business value • Direct and steer the implementation and evolution of a Phama-grade clinical landscape • Remove roadblocks, that team is unable to resolve at their own level, to keep the delivery momentum. • Supervise functional progress and alignment between projects, resources, budget and strategy Stakeholder Collaboration: • Engage closely with Clinical management, scientists, IT teams, ecosystem partners, and user representatives to understand their underlying needs and facilitate the creation of excellent solutions. Vendor Management: • Engage, establish, and promote strategic relationships that can be leveraged to evolve PMI’s clinical landscape to adapt & adopt new & emerging technology trends. Team Management: • Lead and manage the IT clinical solution team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
