Joining Technology & Platform Engineering The Technology & Platform Engineering (T&PE) is a group of IT experts who are passionate about ushering PMI into a smoke free future through technology. The Security Engineering team is part of Technology & Platform Engineering. Our team: • Engineers advanced solutions to secure the infrastructure of PMI • Delivers platforms & tools to enable InfoSec and other IT teams to rapidly detect, analyse and respond to threats to PMI as we transform to a consumer centric organization JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A person with Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience • A candidate with 3+ years of experience in IT Security Engineering for Cloud (AWS, AZURE), On-Prem (including SDI) and mobile devices • Security processes (vulnerability & patch management, control execution etc.) • Networking including Next Generation Firewall PaloAlto as well as SASE PRISMA • Understanding of IoT and IIoT • Experience with tools like: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Nexthink or MDM • Proven track records for Continual Service Improvement as well as setting new processes and standards •Good leadership and communication skills with proficient written and spoken English We would consider as an asset the following: • Active Directory, Authentication, Authorization, Multi-Factor authentication • Understanding, Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, HyperV, AWS EC2) • Understanding -Database Technologies (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, JSON) • Experience with CISCO CyberVision or PaloAlto OT module is a plus • Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) • Agile methods and processes (e.g.: Scrum, SAFe, DevOps), ITIL principles and processes WHAT WE OFFER? • A wide range of training programs, optional language classes, further education, and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical, dental care and life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • MyBenefit Cafeteria and multisport program • Free bike and car parking for all employees • Eligibility to participate in Copyrighted Work program (possibility to increase tax-deductible costs) HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? · You will ensure that the operational procedures are meeting agreed security standards, where required you will lead to ensure necessary updates are made · You will also lead the cross functional governance process to keep standards and measures are updated and followed (introducing proper reports, dashboards, KPIs etc.) · You will work with the partners across the platforms on developing new processes, updating standards, and intruding new KPIs · You will lead PoC for security solutions/tools ensuring standards are meet and best proposal is picked for the organization · You will drive Continuous Service Improvement to ensure high standards and follow best practices · You will assist in the process automation to ensure process consistency and results for all type of sub-platforms: Cloud, SDI, On-prem · You will manage the product backlog, maintaining the prioritization of activities to maximize value for stakeholders · You will participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex automated solutions onthe various platforms, federated with multiple sources, and advising customers on best practice to increase company security posture · You will maintain dashboards and reports to monitor security scores and work with the team to coordinate required updates Please note that only online applications will be taken into consideration.
