Your ‘day to day’ As Financial Controlling Lead, you will enable strategic decision-making by performing financial analysis and supporting the Factory Controller in providing financial support and oversight over all aspects of Manufacturing. Your responsibilities include: • Prepare, analyze and oversee the preparation of budgets related to manufacturing costs. To efficiently manage the process of preparation of OB/RF in order to generate an accurate and realistic OB/RF numbers and ensure on time submission to stakeholders. • Monitor and control manufacturing budget to ensure expenditure is in accordance with the plan. Perform timely and accurate financial analysis including variance analysis to support regular/monthly financial reviews. • Provide relevant financial information to Factory Controller, Manuf Directory, etc. and highlight issues on time to give them ample time to react and to come up with the solutions to the matters on hand. • Collaborate with other departments and provide timely advice on the financial impact of their plans, projects, or course of action, and ensure that all transactions are executed and recorded in line with external and internal control policies. • Liase with region to ensure that policies and financial reporting requirements are implemented locally, ensure SOX compliance for Operations Finance related processes. • Support all factory controlling activities in managing PMI exposure to financial-related risks, including ensuring best use of company financial resources, safeguarding of company assets, and reducing the risk of fraud. Who we’re looking for - Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in financial reporting or financial planning - Advanced MS Skills required (especially in MS Excel) and knowledge of operating systems - Experience in working and influencing cross-functional stakeholders - You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills. Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word and Powerpoint is also required. You must also be amenable to work in Batangas Plant.
