RISE TO THE CHALLENGE Manager Direct Ecommerce will be responsible for overseeing the full day-to-day operations for direct Ecommerce platforms at Philip Morris. This includes website and shop user experience, order fulfilment monitoring, customer service level and content creation in addition to ensuring smooth system operation from a technical perspective between the website frontend, CRM backend environment and LSP systems. Furthermore, the position will also be responsible for coordinating B2C campaigns with other commercial departments and determining the goals that members will work toward. This is a multi-disciplinary role, meaning the role will be involved in project management, Strategy, planning and setting goals, digital system operations, user-experience research, analyzing performance and improving conversion rates. As well as leveraging on email/push marketing and understanding the roles of content creation in achieving KPIs and metrics. Manager Direct Ecommerce will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including but not limited to; brand communication, infrastructure, and technical IT team to have updated refreshed digital content and keep monitoring and improve IQOS online presence. Program Managers, in co-creating and smoothly deploying consumer related campaigns and promotions. There will also be system website developments and project-based system deployments that the Manager direct Ecommerce will be leading and executing. As well, the position is responsible to manage headcount to be utilized for the backend operations, including financial reconciliation, system regular checks, payment compliance checks and anti-fraud activities. Finally, Manager Direct Ecommerce will also be responsible to gather and analyze data using specialist tools (power BI, google analytics) to generate insights, as well as set the strategy, plan and make successful business decisions by looking for trends, analyzing performance, patterns and anomalies. Responsibilities and Duties: • Set Channel Strategy and detailed plan including Channel role and growth planning. • Define and manage channel related KPIs, including but not limited to; Sales, conversion rates, abandonment rates, service level compliance and user NPS and ensure effectiveness. • Define and manage channel budget, ensuring the correct quantification is performed and timely payment to partners as well as maintaining healthy cashflow to ensure channel sustainable growth • Manage the day-to-day operations aspects of the e-commerce platform including but not limited to user experience, order fulfilment, customer service compliance and content creation. • Work with external and internal stakeholders to develop and execute optimization for product and brand content. • Optimized UX/UI to improve user experience and increase sales conversion. • Evaluate eCommerce campaign and spend effectiveness to ensure positive ROI, suggest, plan and execute data driven learnings for future campaigns. • Explore new e-commerce features to capture the latest and newest trend of consumer behavior. • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase site sales performance • Manage analysis & performance reports including daily weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs, recommending changes to improve performance to achieve results, planning and manage execution of these recommendations. • Drive digital planning, adaptive marketing and agile practices that best engages the consumers. • Drive IQOS Ecommerce growth by developing onsite campaigns and ensuring ecommerce principles are incorporated to provide the desired brand and consumer experience. • Responsible for all system enhancement digitally offline and online. Qualifications: • At least 7 years of experience in related fields (e-commerce operations, online sales and marketing, preferably from an FMCG company). • Background in budget setting and management of cash flow. • Digital marketing campaigns and strategies. • Web development and SEO Optimization. • Sales force Administration and Google Analytics. • LSP on ground operations. • Project Management and relationship building. • Ability to work with across groups of people. • Highly Self-driven and motivated. • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and technologies, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing. • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage a team effectively and work collaboratively with other departments. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
