Your ‘day to day’ As Manager Website & Ecommerce, you are responsible for developing innovative & compelling digital solutions that will optimize the online user experience for our smoke-free products. You will work in synergy with various departments and functions inside and outside Digital (i.e. Legal, External Affairs, Information Technology, CRM, Consumer Experience, Loyalty, Direct & Indirect channels, CSC etc) at both Local and Regional Level. You will oversee planning, execution, delivery and publication of high quality, relevant and engaging content & programs & campaigns aiming to maximize our reach as to achieve expected business targets. On top of it, you will be in charge of delivering structured reporting to fuel insights, as well as leading a team to achieve overall objectives. Your responsibilities include: OVERALL WEBSITE AND PLATFORMS MANAGEMENT User Experience optimization (ABtest roadmap and execution), E-Comm business operations, Tickets prioritization & sprint testing, Web personalization and messaging, creatives formatting, landing pages creation and optimization, Platform enhancements related to DCE 2, Catalogue and promo management, User stories creations, Testing/Learning/enhancing. CHANNEL STRATEGY AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Grow online awareness & acquire & retain sales with the intent to convert. Increase organic & direct visits, monitor branded keyword search volume, drive SEO optimization & hygiene, drive quality leads, improve ecommerce conversion rate, grow average order value, improve repurchase rate, increase channel NPS of website. THIRD PARTY RETAILER MANAGEMENT Strategy definition and evolution, store management, e-commerce campaign planning & execution, reporting & analytics, continuous optimization for what other opportunities remain within current 3Party retailers/ marketplaces, as well as on the lookout for establishing e-commerce presence in new ones. ANALYSIS AND PLANNING Advanced analytics, Insights & optimization via existing tools & audits (Google Analytics, SessionCam data, Optimizely, Glassbox etc), cohort analysis and purchase/loyalty behaviours (repeat purchase rate, etc), basket analysis, conversion rate analysis and optimization, competitive and other categories analyses PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Ensure an organizational structure that meets the business needs for the short and long-term providing appropriate challenges and learning opportunities to the team, guaranteeing the development of direct reports, while having succession plans developed and maintaining a motivate, collaborative and committed team capable to evolve as the need changes. BUDGET MANAGEMENT Monitor budget performance throughout the year to ensure cost effective resource allocations and adjustments based on key opportunities and agreed business priorities. Who we’re looking for • More than 8 years of relevant experience in multinational technology companies (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft) or Telco/FMCG industries • Experience in delivering data driven digital strategies to deliver top performance and achieve company’s business goals • Experience in managing digital activities in relation to paid media, advertising, web & e-commerce • Experience in leading teams or with cross-functional project management/stakeholders management experience (people management experience is required) What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
