Your ‘day to day’ This position is responsible for acting as a trusted advisor for all functions by providing insights and analytic support based on deep business knowledge used to translate business inputs into financial actions. Also, this person will be co-pilot for the commercial, marketing and strategy organizations. Major accountabilities Business Planning & Support for Strategy Development: - Support market competitor analysis including P&L, Share of Market, reviewing Performance Tracking and owning the Industry Forecasting & competitors through the industry profitability model. - Support the translation of strategic plans into operational business plan and financial plans which support local market strategy and regional priorities. - Support an integrated business plan connecting all commercial activities - connect the dots enterprise-wide. Commercial Finance / Scenario Modelling: - Partner with commercial teams to define the ROI of initiatives and drive/support investment decisions and define metrics and targets- - Assess feasibility of opportunities and risks with recommendations to address the issues with corresponding ROI. - Provide options to improve business results, based on clear commercial knowhow and other functional (e.g. fiscal) drivers; Who we’re looking for - College/University Degree. Major in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred. - 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning or Commercial Finance. - Desirable knowledge of Power BI and SAP. - Full English and Portugues proficiency.
