WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Experience in sustainability program management • Knowledge of ESG related topics within the area of Procurement • Knowledge of Procurement or Supply Chain / Operations processes • Strategic and conceptual thinking and strong analytical skills • High learning agility, autonomy, and problem-solving capabilities • Able to work in ambiguous environment with multiple priorities and build rapport with senior level partners across the business • Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills • Excellent MS Office skills • Program / Project management experience • Experience in using and / or implementing digital solutions WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Sodexo lunch card • Hybrid model of work and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Support the design and deployment of the Procurement Sustainability strategy • Guide in setting targets, KPIs and projects towards global strategy • Ensure proper on-time monitoring and reporting on ESG performance, including KPI monitoring, data cleaning, processes adherence and deliverables tracking • Deploy Supplier DD onboarding model including CAP assessment model – design governance model, internal training and set-up drumbeat for Supplier Engagement and Performance improvement • Maintenance and improvement of training material for Sustainability programs: Ecovadis – DD, ZDM, Scope 3 carbon emissions, CDP, Sbti etc. • Develop activities to raise awareness and commitment internally and externally regarding Indirect Materials &Services Sustainability goals – supplier webinar, townhall, Lunch and learn, etc • Act as first point of escalation within procurement teams for any roadblocks that might impact delivery of sustainability commitments • Support on reporting, certification and qualification projects needs led by PMI: CDP, DSJI, IR, Green Deal etc Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
