WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree in Computer Sciences. Alternatively in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent, with additional certificates • 8-10 years of experience in Information Technology/Digital • Experience in multinational company • Knowledge of SAP processes, having SAP certifications/expertise is preferable • Experience in Service Management and Project Management • Understanding of key IT delivery processes and business processes • Experience in leading and coaching • Knowledge and deep understanding of ITSM – Information Technology Service • Excellent command of English WHAT WE OFFER YOU • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo), Multisport & Cafeteria program • Hybrid model of work and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees • Eligibility to participate in Copyrighted Work program (possibility to increase tax-deductible costs) HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Lead the communication and escalation strategy with the customers, suppliers & internal service partners to ensure alignment of operational plans and to increase the efficiency of the IT Services or IT processes in meeting the current and future needs of the business • Be responsible for delivering IT services, under the FMS contract to ensure that such services are delivered according to the terms and conditions of the contract and all SLAs are adhered to • Anticipate customer needs and set the strategic direction for the supported IT service domains including the introduction of new services, evolution of existing services and retirement of obsolete services to meet the current and future needs of PMI • Provide input and support budget & vendor management activities • Act as the Single Point-of-Contact for Affiliates, for any critical issues regarding service delivery from the vendors and orchestrate the resolution of these concerns across all parties • Have accountability for ensuring all agreed IT policies and system controls including all IT security are adhered to, followed, reviewed, and driven regularly, in timely manner, and with the right quality • Be the final point of service escalation and resolution for any major service incidents, disruptions, or performance degradations, for corporate services under your responsibility • Build and execute a solution vision and roadmap that supports business strategies; clearly articulating the expected business outcomes, timelines and accountabilities Please note that only online applications will be taken into consideration.
