Join our team as a Communication Manager and play a crucial role in shaping our Global Business Solutions (GBS) journey! We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Communication Manager who in collaboration with GBS Leadership Team, COEs, Product & Project Owners and PMI Global Communications team will develop and deploy comprehensive communications strategies supporting the GBS objectives and initiatives. As a GBS Communication Manager you will be responsible for driving a companywide GBS narrative, as well as developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance internal and external communication within the GBS organization. GBS Comms Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, department heads, and employees, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging supporting deployment of GBS in PMI. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US Key Accountabilities: • Establish and develop a holistic and consistent GBS narrative, which can underpin both external and internal communications. • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans and strategies to support the GBS objectives and initiatives. • Create and maintain a strong internal communication network to ensure effective dissemination of information across the organization. • Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to identify communication needs and develop targeted messaging for different audiences. • Manage and oversee the performance of various communication channels, including newsletters, presentations, emails, and intranet content. • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels and materials. • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments. • Provide guidance and support to GBS community in developing their communication skills and delivering impactful messages. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication to continuously improve the effectiveness of communication efforts. • Act as a liaison between GBS and other departments or external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. • Lead, coach and develop the team. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Proven experience as a Communication Manager or similar role, preferably in a GBS or multinational company. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences. • Design and delivery of major communication strategies in a complex, global multi-national/multi-cultural corporate context. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and manage a team. • Strong stakeholder management skills to work with Director / VP level / customers. • Experience with communications in digital environment (e.g., online content creation, insight analysis, Yammer engagement) • Ability to combine creativity with strong planning. In-depth project management skills, enhanced by great time management, goal setting, and prioritization. • Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening. English proficiency at C1 level is a must.
