About the TEAM Global Procurement team develops solutions and scouts for external partners/vendors to enable commercial functions globally (OC and markets) to deploy route-to-market strategies and deliver smoke-free products to legal age nicotine users in a socially and environmentally responsible ways. Who we’re looking for • Available from February to September 2024 • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sustainability management, Project management; Business Transformation; Environmental Sciences; Materials Sciences & Engineering or other similar ones. • We are looking for a candidate who has academic and/or practical knowledge on business case feasibility assessment, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, basic sourcing and research experience. • Knowledge on Sustainability area would be an advantage: ESG and top-level sustainability requirements, has experience and understanding of recycle process and key European service providers for recycling corporate waste and consumables. • Good level of soft skills to work independently, effectively communicate with a big group of individuals, demonstrates perseverance, comfortable with ambiguity, able to establish rapport quickly, capable to transform theoretical knowledge into practical guidelines (e.g. design a business case and create project map which will help to achieve the result). • Confident user of Excel and Power Point (capable to reflect ideas on the slides). • Comfortable with presenting his/her ideas with power and presence, while applying a good level of argumentation along with collecting feedback to improve the business case. Roles & Objectives • Study existing company business cases and practices on recycling to create add value in the future • Build a business case based on the discovery phase how to collect / recycle Marketing Materials minding supply chain requirements, corporate responsibility, market opportunities. • Discover external ecosystem of recycling service providers at European territory to ultimately find a group of vendors for recycling Marketing Materials for 2nd life alternative product(s)/ upcycle rather than just destroying waste. • Meet, negotiate and collaborate with selected vendor(s).
