Your ‘day to day’ In this role with Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd, you will develop and manage assigned accounts by strengthening retail leverage to deliver our business objectives of availability, pricing, and share of mind. You will also closely collaborate across various Commercial teams on execution strategies, leveraging necessary internal stakeholders to deliver impact. In addition, by utilizing a complete understanding of contractual and commercial obligations, you will develop, propose, and execute short term, mid-term and long-term business proposals that deliver against PMI and retailer financial metrics. Your accountabilities include: • Develop and propose key account strategies, related plans/activities, and targets in line with the Commercial and Key Account departments. Ensure timely approval is sought and sufficient resources are obtained to implement plans. • Develop and execute Trading terms with clear analysis, modeling with long terms lens on industry dynamics. Manage the negotiation of the same, influencing key stakeholders to achieve win-win and sustainable business outcomes. • Ensure competitiveness of key accounts strategy through continuous tracking of appropriate Key Sales Indicators against objectives, monitoring market intelligence and implementing adjustments where required. • Monitor assigned key accounts activities and ensure compliance to local regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures. • Propose and justify assigned Key Accounts budget requirements to support the agreed strategies and plans. Manage the efficient and effective use of the allocated budgets. Regularly monitor budget utilization and report variances. • Lead, develop and guide the team ensuring exceptional results are delivered, team members are developed toward achieving their full potential and team members are engaged with the organization. Who we’re looking for • Minimum 8 to 10 years of Sales and/or Key Accounts experience, preferably in the FMCG industry • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or equivalent • Key Skills we are looking for o Influencing skills & Relationship Management o Excellent skills in Negotiation, conflict management and Problem Solving o Ability to manage ambiguity o strong analytical skills o Strong strategic thinking and Leadership o the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. o a strong desire to succeed.
