As our Territory Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, distribution, visibility, and contacts of Philip Morris brands, in the covered territory by putting the consumer at the forefront by executing plans, building engagement and promotion of retailers at the point-of-sale level through the effective use of resources to increase volume and market share. In addition, you are part of a team with a shared responsibility for the market share in your area. In this way there is a mix of working independently and working in a team. Accountabilities: • Building and maintaining relationships with your customers (retailers and employees) • Inspiring our retailers & consumers about our smoke-free future as well as our traditional products • Convince customers to increase awareness and availability of our products. • Execution of deployment and commercial plans and initiatives set up by our Commercial & Deployment teams • Identifying & Negotiate New retail and consumer opportunities and creating self-devised plans • Ensure the correct implementation and execution of acquisition programs, fixed and seasonal merchandising guides, and other commercial and promotional strategies. • Supervise the proper management of PPOSM inventory, rotation and avoid out of stock. • Guarantee the correct implementation and execution of the acquisition programs in the assigned points of sale. • Monthly vending machine audit and create monthly report • Evaluate, report, and manage the opportunities of each POS related to: Brand availability, Visibility, pricing distribution, and merchandising activities to ensure the visibility standards, performance, and objectives. • Maintain any existing PPOSM & TPOSM at your clients and clearly communicate any opportunity. • Ensure proper planogram implementation in each POS. • Support for Sales routes • New Cycle roll out Coordinate and prepare together with the Trade Marketing Executive. Requirements: • University Degree • 2-3 years’ experience of Consumer Goods Sales & Distribution in Aruba • Driving License up to date • knowledge of office suite including Excel, Power Point & Forms. • You are a dynamic and energetic individual who is self-motivated and can work with little supervision.
