Your ‘day to day’ Responsible for supervising full content development of offline and digital assets such as Display ads, Website materials, Social Media, SEO friendly content, Scan Pack, Mailing, retail and printed communication, in compliance with global playbooks but ensuring localization of the content and contextualization. Responsible for the development of the 360° communication strategy for IQOS including locally developed campaigns. Major accountabilities • Supervision and alignment of 360° communication and follow up to performance (along with the Digital Deployment Team) across digital and offline channels: • Understanding of consumer needs based on data analytics to support and guide the team with an effective and efficient creation/localization of assets delivered by Global. This includes ensuring the team provides an accurate brief to the local agencies and/or global content transcreation agency for Paid Media, Website, Social Media, Market Places, Mailing and retail communication. Always ensuring compliance with Global guidelines and local Legal restrictions. • Consumer Research needs alignment, briefing and support to the Insights team to ensure an optimal and aligned deployment of the needed studies, so the Marketing Organization counts with enough information and tools to provide the most relevant content to the LAS and LAUs while having effective communication with them. Quarterly NCPT tracking support delivering needed assets, briefing for ad hoc specific studies, BEA support if needed. • Strategy set up and assets creation for Scan Pack initiatives, this includes working side by side with the combustibles team for achieving on pack communication as well as the creation of an online journey that will lead the LAS through a set of messaging that will encourage them either to switch to IQOS or to participate in the trial program. Who we’re looking for • 10 years of marketing experience managing global brands, that follows global standardized guidelines & multiple communication channels including social & paid media. • Experience as a line manager of more than 2 people. • Experience influencing cross functional teams, and agencies. • Full Spanish and English proficiency.
