We are seeking an extraordinary Executive Assistant. This role requires a tenacious self-starter, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our leadership team, our regional and global colleagues and deliver meaningful and creative solutions – not only as Executive Assistant but also in cross-functional projects or initiatives. You will have the opportunity to learn business insights and interactions with various stakeholders. This position reports to the Managing Director Malaysia Key responsibilities: • Manage full administration support including calendars and scheduling, expenses and reporting, and organizing travelling plans. • Focus on day-to-day agenda setting, readiness and delivery of all pre-read materials for the Managing Director. • Participate in the development of PMM’s overall business activities and strategy including but not limited to functions such as communications, external affairs, and commercial. • Maintains documentation and record management for audit requirements. • Streamlining processes and simplification by partnering with relevant stakeholders to improve operating efficiency. • Participate or lead in Company’s driven projects or initiatives. Essential skills and competencies: • 8-12 years of overall working experience in which at least 5+ years of progressive working experience not limited to Executive Assistant is highly desired. • Prior experience in managing C-Suite leaders is an added advantage • Proactive and detail oriented. Able to effectively balance operational execution with strategic perspectives. • Ability to advocate own decision to ensure robust support in an emphatic assertive manner. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions and provide insight and recommendations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrates authentic ambition, sense of urgency, agility and tenacity and a genuine commitment to the company’s vision. • Holds a graduate degree in business administration, or relevant field. Any specialized course or certifications of personal development is an advantage.
