We are currently looking for a Process Lead in Neuchatel, Switzerland. In this position you will be responsible to implement and lead the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem solving and process control to support in delivering business result of the assigned Combustible Category line and fully apply the Integrated Operating System (IOS) as well as PMI standards and policies. Your responsibilities: • Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies, practices and the IMS. Adhere to all Environment, Health, Safety, and Security rules, policies and practices by applying and ensuring workplace and other employee are in compliance with norms by local regulation. • Ensure compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS. • Participate on setting the 24 hours direction for the CC (Combustible Category) line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and be actively involved in the execution of the daily plan. You will provide data with corresponding analysis during DDS meeting and investigates losses assigned. Create and establish CL (Centerline Management) targets & limits for the CC line(s). Drive performance through loss elimination and continuous improvement. Lead problem-solving activities using standard tools such as IPS, 6W2H & UPS to solve the chronic problems on the line(s) in a timely manner. As the Owner of Line Event Data Systems, you will ensure the integrity of the data from the lines. Provide support to Line Structure and Leadership in applying the RE Tools to support the analysis in building the team's 90-day plan. • Create and establish changeover standards for all appropriate SKUs in the line(s). Review changeover critiques and coach the team to identify and implement improvement opportunities. • Build the capability of the team on process failures technical troubleshooting and mastery of process transformation through coaching and delivering on the job training. Build the capability of LS and Line Team in the effective use of IPS/UPS and Work Point Analysis (WPA) tools. • Lead change management processes including benchmarking and reapplication activities across appropriate production lines, business units and factory. Support the Pillar leader in building the capabilities and delivering the Pillar Master Plan. Own a DMS/tool at site level and/or acts as department point of contact (SPOC).
