YOUR DAILY TASKS • Build analytics' case (assess value / impact) with partners; • Drive the internal governance and secure alignment and support for the key partners across multiple functions. Identify and build tangible use cases and partnership opportunities; • Coordinate the maintenance of digital solutions (testing of changes, solving business issues); • Co-develop and support product releases and prototype development with Digital Strategy and IT teams; • Drive “learning and innovation on analytics” in function; • Develop and implement sophisticated analytics, data visualization, machine learning, and robotic process automation to accelerate the achievement of function/business objectives; • Finalize implementation roadmap and approach; • Present the developed analytic solutions (architecture, functionality, performance evaluation results) in front of various partners with different backgrounds (technical, business, management, etc.); • Coordinate & evaluate user acceptance testing, change management & drive adoption; • Coordination of function/category-specific adoption for data products; • Own data analytics products & life cycle management; • Help to prepare the contents about the characteristics and capabilities of the data, analytics, automation methods or technologies to support capability building within the function. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Solution & data-driven mindset; • Proficiency in English (both oral and written); • University degree in Computer Engineering specialized in Data Science and Data Visualization or Statistics, Economics, Business Management with Master’s degree in Data Science or Computer Engineering; • Skills in data science, computer sciences, digital analytics, or robotic process automation; • Proficiency in data wrangling; • Strong statistical/predictive modeling skills using Python; • Experience in data visualization with Power BI; • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation, especially using MS Power Automate or Python.
