The Brand Retail Field Supervisor is key for our organization with both driving the strategic outset as well as hands-on implementing the projects in close collaboration with the deployment teams and other key stakeholders. As a Brand Retail Field Supervisor, you will lead the regional business strategy brand commercialization process. To ensure that the action plans are executed according to the strategy and in line with the principles and practices of PMI with the best cost efficiency. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES o Manage & overview all activities in Brand Retail POS in region o Drive regional team performance & take the performance responsibility for regional BR units o Evaluate regional performance using key metrics and address issues to improve the results o Maximize sales and profitability on the level of region o Initiate & coordinate staffing with 3rd party operator and with Brand Retail Operations team o Organization of regular team meetings to share SC activities, feedback & performance discussion o Manage, supervise & develop the regional team of BR Store Managers & Supervisors o Perform systematic audit on Brand Retail POS o Ensure the look & feel of BR units is in accordance with the given strategy o Closely work with the 3rd party operator & Consumer Experience department o Manage the 3rd party operator responsible for ongoing regional Brand Retail agenda o Adept at analysing data in order to translate intel in to actionable insights and solid, focused strategic direction; o Demonstrated experience leading organizational change; o Ability to develop effective and immediate solutions for issue resolution; EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS o College / University: Degree in Business/Commerce, Marketing; o At least 3 years of experience in Brand Retail business in FMCG or premium B2C brand companies o At least 3 years of experience in team management o Combination of strategic, analytical and pragmatic thinking, customer focus o Excellent communication & negotiation skills o Experience in 3rd parties / suppliers management o Agility and skills to act in ambiguity o Cross-functional development would be an asset o Fluent English
