Purpose of the job: Establish, manage and drive data centric approach within the organization by turning data and consumer feedback into Business and Consumer Insights. Manager BI develops and drives business performance understanding and supports data driven approach, cross functionally and within organization (local and regional). Performs and further drives market, channel and category analysis and strategic insights, identifies key pain and gain points in acquisition and retention phases. Based on proposed actionable Insights and Recommendations further actions are deployed. Leads and manages team of Business Intelligence analyst and develops their technical skills and business understanding. Partners with key business stakeholders and provides support for strategic decision making. Has a forward looking attitude with innovation drive and willingness to improve. Principal accountabilities • Lead business and/or consumer intelligence department to be a relevant business partner. Support commercial and marketing departments and promote data driven culture. Cooperate closely with colleagues across markets to understand their needs and with global teams. • Impact and influence team with strategic direction, leadership and role-modeling of PMI values. Coach team; work with them on their development and support them so that they can perform at their best. Set high expectations against objectives to drive individual performance., set KPI measurements. Actively work with members of the team on their career development. Ensure learnings are shared across teams to enhance experience and consumer, brand and business intelligence depth. • Increase analytical and reporting effectiveness and efficiency, maximize automation, self-service analytics, and drive BI/CI projects in cooperation with other departments. Find relations and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for decision making and planning. • Partner with commercial, financial, and marketing teams to articulate business questions, perform analysis and deliver relevant recommendations. Initiate and manage ad hoc analysis to cover specific for functions pain points (ADC, retailer activations etc.). • Develop and connect advanced Consumer and Business Intelligence strategies supported by strong analytical and reporting infrastructure. Design and manage strategic innovative projects: serve as key contact with stakeholders on research and analytical initiatives, design the desired analytical outcomes, maintain responsibility for all research deliverables and ongoing tracking (retention journeys) Skills and Competencies • Education: College/University Master’s (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in economics or business-related disciplines • Excellent business English knowledge • 5+ years of experience in Business/Consumer Intelligence, Consumer Insights or Market Analytics/Insights role – 2-3 year in a management/leadership role • Proven ability to impact and influence at a senior stakeholder level. • Cross-functional cooperation, business and consumer-oriented person who is able to build the process and work with ad hoc requirements. • Work virtually across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills. • Strategic thinking, strong communicator, presentation, and storytelling. • People management skills - ability to drive and empower multiple teams and foster a strong collaborative culture. • Organized, detailed oriented, systematic, resourceful.
