Our work spans the globe and includes audit, treasury, internal control and commercial financial support. What your day looks like Your main purpose is to connect with customers to resolve issues related to overdue invoices and credit limits and required to apply payments from clients per remittance information received. • Performs the daily O2C Accounts Receivable management services such as transactional processing: 1) Perform reconciliation of collection 2) Monitor accounts and collection posting 3) Maintain posting rules for bank charges, deductions, etc 4) Process direct debits 5) Prepare and maintain payment run 6) Process factoring 7) Reconcile and apply payments 8) Perform and analyze AR ageing and collections reports 9) Prepare reports on bad debts and write-offs 10) Perform bank reconciliation and post payments • Acts on issue identified in the process by providing a work around to resolve and trouble shoot the issue immediately (issue management) • Ensure compliance with the governing company controls, policies and procedures. Prepare the documentation as requested by Corporate and Independent Auditors or Tax related concerns • Performs knowledge transfers, handbook documentation and confirmation with the affiliate on the process related to migration of services and new affiliates • Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures. Acts as member on projects and performs UAT What you need to have • University or post graduate degree in a relevant field • Rich experience in OTC process in a B2B environment • Ability to challenge status quo • With SAP system proficiency & satisfactory communication skills to manage Customers & Stakeholders Work Schedule and Location Generally Mondays to Fridays, 8:30AM – 5:30PM on a hybrid work arrangement Based in Rockwell, Makati Head Office This is for a fixed-term engagement only What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
