It is an exciting, ever-changing environment – We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our P&C team, this exciting position is ideal for a Talent expert who is driven, disruptive and dynamic. If you are comfortable with and excited by the challenge of shaping things from the ground up, you will be in your element here. Your ‘day to day’ as the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: • Lead and manage the complete recruitment process for roles across Australia & New Zealand (Ranging from Early Careers to Senior Leaders), from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding. • Employ various sourcing methods, such as online job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline. • Provide tangible talent solutions to talent challenges, ability to pivot with stakeholders across all levels within the organisation on hiring strategies • Provide coaching and consulting support to our hiring managers through the interview process • Provide value and support by attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talents for today and for future business needs, while ensuring the best candidate and hiring manager experience. • Lead and manage Talent Acquisition initiative projects i.e. Employer Branding & Talent Mapping • Provide sound recommendations to stakeholders utilising deep knowledge & expertise in problem solving, data analysis and strategic approach to P&C initiatives. • Manage budget for agency spends on recruitment Who we are looking for: • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in 360 Recruitment, head hunting or Talent Acquisition role within a Global or large Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organisation. • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide strategic talent solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates across all levels (Early Careers to Executives). • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, excellent skills in Excel. • Ability to deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive, and dynamic way. • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. • Degree qualification in Business and/or Human Resources. • An effective collaborator passion for championing workplace experience and continuance improvement.
