ABOUT HEALTH & SAFETY FUNCTION You will join the Health & Safety team in Poland, which is working to ensure safety and security of people, workplace and products at PMI. The function oversees Safety, Security and Fleet Safety programs and execution, with a diverse team across the country. The H&S teams work closely with each aspect of the business, enabling the business to take the right calculated risks in a safe and secure environment. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A student of 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies or University graduates with Bachelor's or Master's degree up to 6 months after (preferred in the fields of safety, environment, engineering or administration). • Candidates who can devote at least 20 hours to the internship weekly • Candidates with excellent analytical, communication and organization skills who are eager to learn • English speakers with a very good level of written and oral skills • Proficient with MS Office 365 products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.). Experience on SharePoint will be an asset • Strong customer focus and passionate about improving the customer experience. • Ability to solve problems in constantly changing environment by choosing effective approaches. • Exploring status quo and making decisions at high speed to add value to business and employee experience. In your day to day you will: • Assist EHS Team in collecting, analyzing, evaluating and documenting data related to working conditions, risk assessments and accidents (including fleet safety incidents) • Work together with a diverse team across the globe, internal and external stakeholders, manufacturing operations to ensure employees health and safety, protection of the environment, compliance with regulatory requirements and reduction of risk • Support Safety Leads in organizing, coordinating and conducting safety training and workshops • Create and organize safety campaigns and initiatives as well as prepare communication materials related to them • Prepare and translate documentation according to the company standards • Focus on office, warehouse and fleet safety matters and perform regular audits and controls of the working conditions Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
