Joining Product & Operations IT Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, nimble & expert team composed of multiple sub streams. The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering and supporting state of the art and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain. What’s the purpose of this role? We are seeking an IT Portfolio Management Lead Regions to join our team, located in Krakow. As Portfolio Lead Regions, you will contribute to execution of PMI strategy by coordinating around various portfolio pillars (budget, planning, risks, guidelines) to help support management decision through updated, relevant data aggregation. This role is specific to the IT Operations Manufacturing Affiliates scope. JOIN US! WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? • A candidate with experience in IT departments, preferably from within a regional/local manufacturing team, or having had interaction with this space • Excellent understanding in finance standards and practices • Experience in cross-regions, cross-functional planning • Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function • Substantial project management experience in a global organization • Strong attention to details and experience in stakeholder management • Strong presentation skills, coordination skills, and excellent command of English • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, IPMA, Certified Scrum Master,…) • Excellent command of MS Excel (Pivot, formulas, charts,…). You will be tracking the progress and performance of local initiatives on a monthly basis, in order to provide input at IT GTO level • You will contribute to driving our TCO (Total cost of ownership) down by supporting in providing information related to the Regions scope • You will support with establishing portfolio governance structures and processes to ensure consistent standards across all GTO pillars, by focusing on the Regions scope • You will help provide visibility of local risks, helping to assess and mitigate risks that may raise across the portfolio • You will support in providing visibility of portfolio level dependencies impacting Regions and provide insights on how to handle these • You will oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the Regions portfolio, providing data points in order to help built GTO level budgetary visibility • You will participate to the various demand frameworks, helping to harness initiatives across regions through the relevant funnel, understanding the requirements and the impact on our plants • You will champion the usage of eppm and PIN across plants in order to be able to derive management data for decision making from a single source of truth Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
