In this position you will Lead the identification development and management of alternative non-tobacco selling indirect (B2B2C) channels. These channels can include Key Accounts for consumer goods / electronics/ etc., liquors, vape stores, LAMPS, corporate clients, etc.) and is accountable to deliver commercial performance and channel activation target, deploying commercial programs, projects and initiatives with Reduced Risk Tobacco Products. Your Day to Day: • Identify key account non-tobacco opportunities at state/country level, building the IQOS story for these channels, negotiate IQOS presence and activation and develop and implement yearly plans to support a mutual partnership growth • Deploy commercial programs, projects and initiatives in indirect channels ensuring effective execution of the Consumer and Customer Journeys to enable seamless omni-channel experiences and achieve Brand, Consumer and Customer Experience (NPS) and Commercial targets • Monitor and analyze all relevant market information to maintain comprehensive knowledge of the area that supports business decisions. • Define/propose partnership investment strategy for Indirect Retail with optimal resource allocation, based on dynamic Customer/Trade segmentation & omni-channel experience priorities with optimal commercial terms • Provide input for structure of Trade spend and resource requirements of commercial partners, their role in commercial plans/business model, activation plans and commercial terms • Ensure business fundamentals in terms of reach, footprint, availability of defined portfolio in related segment of retailers. • Manage the relationship with all commercial partners including advanced negotiations. • Drive ongoing optimization of channel performance and operational effectiveness. • Co-create and deliver channel transformation initiatives (i.e. introduction of new indirect channel) • Leverage the indirect point of sales to provide defined consumer services (e.g. guided trial / lending, device sales, lead generation, registration, replacements) for the conversion of LAS and retention of LAU and ensure appropriate education of commercial partners to enable the delivery of a qualitative Consumer experience • Increase IQOS awareness and quality of contact through the new channels. Secure product availability and product display, adequate space, and visibility to run communication campaigns and promotions. In case of no manned support, set out a plan to train franchisees/employees around product knowledge, guided trial, and customer care specifics • Oversee channel activation execution is done with high quality, engaged and skilled front line through collaboration with partners field staff and utilizing maximum of opportunities • Analyzing results and provide constructive feedback to the Sales Operations team to continuously improve the quality planning and standards of future sales cycle activities • Provide input and resources to the commercial programs, projects and initiatives where needed, as defined by the market commercial governance. • Lead digital transformation in the Indirect Retail business model. Drive effective strategies for digital retailer database activation and B2B e-commerce! • Provide input to Commercial Planning on Customer master data and related data strategy including requirements for commercial systems • Provide channel specific consumer insights leveraging outcomes of huddles and NPS inner loop practices.
