WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor’s Degree • Knowledge and working experience in learning management system maintenance and administration • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail, organization, and deadlines and can work with minimum supervision • Has good analytical skills; able to advise basic troubleshooting procedures, resolve learning system issues that are within scope and prepare learning reports as per stakeholder requirements • Customer oriented; having a positive attitude, eager to help customers and anticipate their needs • Team player, has strong collaboration skills; able to efficiently and effectively work with local affiliates and global team to support delivery of global programs and solutions • Proficiency with MS Office suite • Experience working with team remotely using email and other online collaboration tools effectively • Ability to quickly learn new processes, tools, applications WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • private medical and dental care, life insurance • Sodexo card • hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • employee pension plan • Mybenefit Cafeteria and multisport program HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Ensure timely resolution of cases related to PMI learning offering via centralized ticketing system • Support the deployment of global learning programs through quality and consistent learning administration, which includes creating training events, recording course completion in the LMS system and generating simple learning reports leveraging on existing dashboards and other data sources • Be fully accountable for data input & integrity and administration in all relevant systems in order to guarantee effective and high-quality data management • Support markets and functions to boost engagement and content consumption by uploading online and digital assets in Fuse communities • Administer and manage user licenses for language and online learning • Help troubleshoot in learning systems and escalate to appropriate teams as needed • Participate in UAT to test new tools, systems, or processes • Capture employee feedback and forward to appropriate teams for further improvements • Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant work knowledge and experience to continuously build the knowledge database Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
