As a Supply Planning Lead you will be responsible for execution and own the product supply planning processes for finished goods for the markets under the responsibility area in adherence to standard drumbeats, the defined planning cycle, in order to ensure supply continuity and manage & optimize inventory levels at market and total network levels. In addition to that, Supply Planning Lead will be accountable to review and escalate alerts monitoring & regular DDS meetings to identify attention points related to FG supply and define the action plans & support required by other stakeholders to tackle them timely. Perform inventory & LOGD management for finished goods in a sustainable way ensuring that financials (cost & cash) and service level targets are met. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A candidate with Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering is an asset • Min. 5 years of experience within Fast Paced Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics or Medical industry. Experience in forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics • Good understanding of fundamentals of production planning & scheduling and experience of running a production planning tool • Good understanding & experience in managing the supply planning master data, system inputs and outputs • Highly skilled in Supply Analytics and can actively lead and maintain replenishment using systems, reporting tools and metrics. Data and fact based decision making is a critical skill • Data analytics skills & tools such as Python / DAX / PowerBI is recommended as well as applied mathematical and statistical model to supply chain for decision making • Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus) • A candidate fluent in written & spoken English Excellent written and verbal communication skills • APICS Certification is a plus WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card • Hybrid model of work opportunities and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program with various benefits • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education, and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Perform and lead the production planning respecting drumbeat and plant operating strategy aiming for meeting demand requirement, adherence to the inventory policies and shipment target. • Monitor and manage the performance of the third-party Business Services Provider related to the activities they conduct for the supply planning process. • Provide root cause analysis related to planning alerts during daily & PDCA meetings. • Follow up on risk & opportunities related to finished good supply. • Perform Super User activities for supply planning system in terms of supporting the other users on the system functionalities, identifying resolutions for the system issues with the related stakeholders and defining & testing the required system enhancements. • Analyze continuously performance of its assigned factories, providing insights to management and proposing improvement / corrective actions.
