YOUR DAY TO DAY As an IT Data and Business Intelligence Lead you will manage and own the IT BI Service delivery model, processes and portfolio of solutions. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Accountabilities • Manage IT Business Intelligence run and support functions via a third-party support team - Apply relevant PMI principles, practices, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of delivery solution and services; measure and analyze service quality and initiate improvement plans in order to improve service levels that meet the current and future needs of customers. • Serve as a key technical resource for the analytics pipeline - Leverage knowledge and expertise in analytics and data management principles to support existing IT-BI architecture and pipeline, as well as act as a technical liasion to bridge data and analytics requirements of end users to the delivery teams. • Support the implementation of new IT BI systems - Manage project deployment through working closely with relevant functional teams, in line with the annual and long-range plans. Identify opportunities to improve as well as propose innovative uses of IT solutions and IT services to address specific business issues, in line with PMI business standards. • Promote digital maturity - Drive the adoption of self-service business intelligence and enforcement of PMI IT standards and ways of working. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies Work History • 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function related to business intelligence (data analytics, data engineering, data governance, etc.) • 3+ years experience in Project Management and Service Management • Experience in multinational companies, multi-cultural environments, and geographically dispersed project teams Skills • Must be skilled in bridging the gap between business requirements (functional needs) and translating into equivalent technical implementations • Work experience with databases and data analytic tool core tech stack - Databases, Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred), SQL Experience with the ff. technologies highly preferred - Power Query/M, Power BI/DAX, Snowflake, AWS, Python, Matillion WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US?
