REQUIREMENTS: · Prior experience within Supply Chain and LEAN/OPEN+/IWS · Prior experience in Project Management · Analytical thinking and creative problem solving skills · Team orientation and good communication skills · Zero-Loss Mindset will be your great asset! · English at the level of min. B2+ · Very good knowledge of MS Excel & Access WE OFFER: · In this position you will earn no less than PLN 11,523 gross per month · Replacement contract (20 months) · Cross-functional projects in teams & companies (international) · Cafeteria with various benefits · Private medical & dental care, life insurance · Flexible working arrangements · Lunch card (Sodexo) · Wide range of trainings, further education, optional language courses YOUR TASKS: · Lead Productivity projects to deliver cost saving targets for Operations Customer Service organization in a standardized, systematic, and collaborative way. · Own Continuous Improvement, Distribution and Open+ Projects and Processes across OCS organization to successfully deliver expected benefits as well as drive and maintain zero loss and 100% ownership culture. · Orchestrate monthly PDCA process via preparing ScoreCard, collecting Gap Analyses, and coordinating all the preparation activities. · Support and improve Daily Direction Setting (DDS) process across Poland and Baltics Organization · Own and synchronize Master Plan for Poland and Baltics Operational Customer Service We are collecting applications until 17.12.2023!
