Are you ready and willing to contribute to our transformation? This is your chance, PMI is looking for a Consumer Programs Executive to join our dynamic CX department. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the consumer journey and delivering exceptional omnichannel experiences for our consumers. Key responsibilities of the job are: ? Drive daily operations of consumer programs with precision and insight, always looking for continuous improvement points. ? Establish smooth collaboration and manage internal and external stakeholders by being accountable, fostering transparency and end-to-end ownership of processes. ? Contribute to operationally setting up strategic projects into omni-channel experiences and processes for Legal Age Nicotine Users (LANU). ? Support on delivering effectiveness, efficiency and consumer centricity in the programs defined, continuously track and analyze the performances. ? Foster and champion 360 understanding of business, legal environment, internal PMI policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards for operational activities. Who are we seeking? ? You are consumer-centric to the core, consistently putting our consumers first in all endeavors. ? 2-3 years of commercial back-office experience, you possess a keen interest in connecting processes and systems. Experience in programs is a plus. ? As a self-driven entrepreneur, you thrive on challenging the status quo and excel in autonomy. ? What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete an online assessment tests. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development.
