Join us in this role and you’ll be part of our IT Corporate Platforms team at our GBS Hub in Makati, Philippines. You will act as subject matter expert for a portfolio of IT solutions supporting key strategies of PMI as well as participate in projects. Foremost, you will mobilize and lead cross-functional internal and external teams. What your day looks like: • Design, develop and implement IT solutions based on SAP SuccessFactor products in the area of Employee Central and related solutions according to architectural standards and roadmaps for HR domain • Analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, and indicate implications and outcomes of proposed design and be able to translate them to user stories • Participate with architects in assessing new technologies - Implement solutions consistent with overall technical guidelines • Participate in HR projects with system implications, playing the role of SAP SuccessFactor solution expert • Understand and ensure proper data security & data protection standards • Challenge business requirements to find optimal solution in terms of fulfilling business needs, system standardization and technologies used • Provide maintenance and support for local and global HR solutions not limited to SAP SuccessFactors to ensure performance and reliability • Work with local, global, and external partners to improve the maturity and reliability of the services • Ensuring service levels meet customer needs • Working with remote multi-cultural teams • Continuously drive the improvements related to processes and system supported • Contribute to roadmap definition, continuous improvement of solution operations and the speed in delivery of capabilities and innovation What you need to have: • Bachelor’s degree in IT/ management/business/engineering/ computer science • 5+ years of experience configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactor solution to support the business processes • SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred • Experience of the SuccessFactors and broader SAP cloud reporting tools • Knowledge of SAP Success Factor Release Management process • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities • Ability to independently manage several tasks simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines • Experience working with 3rd Party vendor to configure and support SAP Success Factor solution • Experience in global support environment and with geographically dispersed teams • Experience in working in a remote and multi-cultural environment • Working knowledge of common IT frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, PMP and experience with tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) • Strong English communication & presentation skills • Strategic thinker, challenging status quo, and a good problem solver • Highly collaborating and inclusive behaviour • Experience in Salesforce would be a plus factor • Ability to lead customer facing workshops and meetings, and conduct calls with customers independently or in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts • Mobile and can travel as the need arises One more thing: at Philip Morris we see equal pay for equal work between woman and men as the baseline standard for equality.
