YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Introducing and supporting RBH products and services in all assigned accounts within the defined territory. You will provide product education and support on all combustible and non-combustible brand families, retail support and engagement programs. You will liaise directly with owners/managers and front-line staff to build engagement and support of RBH products to grow RBH Inc.’s Market Share within your territory. • Responsible to manage and execute all assigned coverage, Call to Action activities and compliance in Independent/Chain agreements, manage an assigned territory budget with set parameters. • Work on the expansion of RBH Inc.’s smoke-free product portfolio through direct communication with owners/managers and front-line staff to create awareness of our Smoke Free Vision. • Leverage your relationships within your assigned stores to build a successful referral network which will result in face-to-face product education meetings with Legal Aged Smokers who have expressed an interest in learning more about RBH smoke-free products. This position focus mainly on Winnipeg but also occasional visit to some city in the north of Manitoba like Flin Flon YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF • You have 1-5 years of experience in sales, previous CPG experience, willing to travel 20-25 % and knowledge of office suite including Excel and Power Point. • You are a dynamic and energetic individual who is self-motivated and can work with little supervision. • You are highly organized, analytical, and great at building and sustaining relationships. • You have a University degree or College Diploma in Business or a related field, • Knowledge of Salesforce considered an asset. • A clean driver’s abstract is required, as company vehicle will be provided. For this position the salary range is between $75,000 to $80,000 based on the level of experience plus a variable compensation based on performance.
