Philip Morris International (PMI) has been certified by the Top Employers Institute as a Global Top Employer for the fifth year in a row. The certification is further recognition of the progress PMI is making as part of its transformation, firmly establishing the company among the ranks of employers of choice focused on meeting the needs of a globally-diverse workforce.

“We are proud to be named as one of the 16 international organizations awarded this year’s global Top Employer certification, which speaks to our continued excellence in HR practices and our ability to meet the needs of a modern workforce,” said Adrian Shooter, Global Head of Integrated Talent Management. “PMI’s vision to create a smoke-free future has spurred the energy and passion of our 73,500 global workforce of employees behind our efforts to deliver positive change for adult smokers who would otherwise continue smoking, and for society.”
