The Corporate Secretary assists the Board of Directors in ensuring the Company’s compliance with capital market regulations, and ensures that the Board of Directors is always informed about changes to capital market regulations and their implications to the Company.
corporate secretaryAndy Revianto has been appointed as the Corporate Secretary since January 1, 2019, based on the Board of Directors' Approval dated December 14, 2018 replacing his predecessor, Ike Andriani. He was born in Jakarta on July 2, 1985. Since November 2015 to date, he also serves as the Legal Counsel at Sampoerna. He began his career with the Company in 2011 where he first served as the Regulatory Affairs Executive. He was then, subsequently, trusted to hold more senior positions in the External Affairs Department, namely External Affairs Strategy & Planning Supervisor and Manager External Affairs & Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior joining Sampoerna, he worked as one of the lawyers at Nurjadin, Sumono, Mulyadi & Partners Law Office.
He earned his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Indonesia in 2008 and an awardee of a full scholarship from the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham) in Indonesia for the Dual-Degree Executive MBA program from University of Pelita Harapan, Jakarta in collaboration with Peking University, China.
