The Corporate Secretary assists the Board of Directors in ensuring the Company’s compliance with capital market regulations, and ensures that the Board of Directors is always informed about changes to capital market regulations and their implications to the Company.

Bambang Priambodo

CORPORATE SECRETARY Bambang Priambodo, Indonesian citizen, 46 years old, has been appointed as Corporate Secretary since November 1, 2019 by virtue of Directors Decree dated September 24, 2019 replacing his predecessor, Andy Revianto. Since August 2009 until now, he has also served as Legal Counsel at Sampoerna. He began his career with the Company in 2000 where he first served as Legal Officer. He was subsequently entrusted to hold a more senior position in the Law Department and had just accomplished an assignment at Philip Morris Thailand. Prior to joining Sampoerna, he worked as one of the Legal Officers at PT Bank Bali Tbk., following his graduation from the Law Faculty of Surabaya University in 1996 and then obtained his master degree from the same university in 2004.

Dyah Surowidjojo

INVESTOR RELATIONS Dyah Surowidjojo was appointed as Investor Relations on 1 September 2017. Born in Jakarta on 15 December 1971 and earned her Master of Finance Degree from Monash University Australia and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of Indonesia. She started her career in Sampoerna in 2006 as Planning Manager then progressed her career and expanded her role in Strategic Planning and Business Development. Prior to her tenure in the Company, she worked as Strategic Planning Supervisor in Philip Morris Thailand, Planning Analyst in Philip Morris Indonesia and Finance Consultant in KPMG Financial Consultant.
