Jakarta, January 3, 2019 - PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. ("Sampoerna" or "the Company"/IDX: HMSP) has appointed Mr. Andy Revianto as official Corporate Secretary of Sampoerna, replacing Ms. Ike Andriani, effective since Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Replacements are made based on routine rotation policies and competency development. The person concerned will carry out important functions of the company, especially ensuring implementation of the principles of good corporate governance in all aspects of Sampoerna's business activities.
Andy obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Indonesia and Masters in Management through the International Dual-Degree Executive program at Pelita Harapan University in collaboration with Peking University, Beijing. He began his career as a Legal Consultant before joining Sampoerna in 2011.
Sampoerna management welcomes this appointment and believes it will strengthen the company's performance, both now and in the future.
