HR Shared Services Specialist Compensation and Benefits (C&B)
YOU are achievement oriented with strong customer focus and excellent organizational skills. You are able to work independently. You are a college or university degree holder. You have a minimum 3-4 years experience in HR Shared Service environment and/or in the area of Compensation and Benefits in a multinational company. Experience in Job Evaluation and/or Salary Surveys can be an edge.
You will be part of the HR Shared Service Center (HR SSC) team of Philip Morris in the Philippines. Under the supervision of the Team Leader HR SSC, you will provide centralized service, consultancy and support on the complex requests on the defined HR processes.
You are also expected to:
- Provide standardized service of high quality to the requirements described in the global and local HR processes. Execute communication packages developed by the Center of Expertise (CoE) and HR Corporate Support Group.
- Support Country Teams when issues due to complexity cannot be solved by them in order to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible from data input & integrity and administration in all relevant systems in order to guarantee effective and high-quality data management.
- Maintain and improve quality standards as well as identifies and brings forward opportunities of improvement through the revision of HR processes from affiliates' perspective after completed HR process cycles and through the identification of service delivery issues.
