YOU are well organized and self-motivated professional with a University Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems.

YOU have 3-5 years’ work experience in Information Technology and more than 2 years of 3rd level support experience preferably in a large company with 5000+ employees.

YOU are able to manage responsibilities with minimum guidance, are good in planning and prioritizing and with strong analytical skills.

YOU have excellent communication skills, relate well with peers and a team player.

YOU have

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Scripting technologies, like ASP.NET, PowerShell, VB, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows client, Office & other desktop software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM - including patch deployment, software distribution, operating system deployment and other troubleshooting topics
  • Knowledge of Microsoft GPOs (Group Policy Objects) - understanding of GPO application order, Group Policy Preferences (GPP), loopback processing and other troubleshooting topics
  • knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and its sites & subnets, permissions, LDAP, Domain Controllers; Exchange; Offline Files; Folder Redirection; BranchCache; AppLocker; Bitlocker; DFS; etc.


You will be part of the Information Services team of PMPMI, and will be reporting to Team Lead of TAS EUT team in Manila. You will play a challenging role within a dynamic environment, being responsible for execution of a consistent and reliable process that guarantees PMI globally uses a single set of packaged applications & consistently distributes it to End User Computers (running @MyPC image) in a zero touch manner. Execute & improve Application Packaging & Software Distribution processes in PMI within a set of best practices. Provide an internal service for all PMI worldwide organization around applications packaging, package distribution, run & support activities.

YOU will also –

  • Take ownership of all existing websites, tools and scripts used by the team in support of @MyPC, reviewing them regularly for updates and improvements. Propose & implement improvements for the EUT support processes. Introduce automation to simplify image deployment and software distribution.
  • Support running & deployment of the latest @MyPC global PC image in PMI. Provide 3rd level support for the image & products included (like latest versions of Microsoft Windows / Office suites). Proactively propose & implement improvements for the image support & deployment processes.
  • Understand different aspects of how @MyPC image & its front end components are connected / influenced by PMI back end infrastructure (e.g. Domain Controllers; Exchange; Active Directory and its sites & subnets; Offline Files; Folder Redirection; BranchCache; AppLocker; Bitlocker; DFS; etc.), being able to effectively support the image & corresponding interconnections.
  • Provide 3rd level support for Group Policy Objects infrastructure & PISA (PMI Information Services Alignment) practices work in PMI. Help other team members to provide 3rd level support for Group Policy Objects infrastructure in PMI & PISA Practices.
