Area Planning Analyst

If the answer is yes, then we’d like to hear from you. We are looking to recruit our next Area Planning Assistant.

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

PMFTC is seeking talented people to join our Area Commercial Planning Team in NCR. You will be part of a team responsible for providing the area management team with timely, insightful, and actionable information. You will support commercial plans and strategies through insightful analysis and recommendations based on all available data. 

Additional responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor the customer database of the territory, including route plan maintenance, van load withdrawal for the  salesman
  • Provide relevant data and analyses covering sales volumes and brand performance.
  • Generates relevant information for the region covering key performance indicators, trade program output, etc.
  • Document feedback from field force on market and competitor intelligence and generates reports needed by the regional sales team.
  • Provide daily sales reports to HQ Sales Information based on sales per salesman/sales office and conduct monthly reconciliation and coordination with Area Planning Supervisor to ensure accuracy and relevance of data.

QUALIFICATIONS
You have a college degree. Relevant work experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates with above average academic performance are welcome to apply. You have strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You are interested in gaining an in-depth understanding of commercial operations. You must be amenable to being assigned in either Pasig City or Marikina City.

Pasig City or Marikina City, Monday to Saturday, Generally 8:00AM to 5:00PM

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

PMFTC is seeking talented people to join our Business Building Group in NCR. You will develop your assigned territory by determining the best possible approach in generating adult consumer preference, increasing in store product availability, and market share for our brands by utilizing available merchandising tools, trade and adult consumer programs.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities in your assigned territory to support achievement of volume and market share growth
  • Ensure availability, visibility potential, distribution, and price compliance of PMFTC products in the outlets
  • Implement national and local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, and engagement activities
  • Develop and coordinate action plans needed with counter-part Salesman, to achieve volume targets
  • Raise adult consumer preference for product distribution of our brands in outlets for incremental sales

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a college degree, You have strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling. You have good driving skills and have had a valid driver’s license for at least one year. Field sales exposure is an advantage, but highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. You must be amenable to being assigned anywhere in NCR.

WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

Various areas in NCR, Monday to Saturday, No fixed work hours but expected to start work at 6:30AM
