RISE TO THE CHALLENGE 

PMFTC is seeking talented Finance Professionals to join our Business Development and Planning team. Key responsibilities are as follows:

Support the Manager Business Development & Planning and Director Business Development & Planning to provide comprehensive strategic planning and business development service to affiliate management, our business partneras well as regional and PMI management in particular with regards to the analysis, coordination with stakeholders, and preparation of the presentations and communication of business strategies and long range plans and initiatives. 

Prepare, help monitor and track company performance and provide strategic analysis, insights and advice, including recommendations on tactical business initiatives, to facilitate the management decision process.

Participate in projects and business development initiatives as directed from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a college degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related courses. Background in different fields in Finance is most preferred but fresh graduates or other professionals with high level of interest in Finance is most preferred. Proficiency in English is a must and experience in using MS Excel and other MS Office tools is most preferred

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of exempt level human resources experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of expatriate policies and processes, and how they interact with the various payrolls of client group
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of International HR policies, products and processes with the ability to apply this knowledge by acting as consultants of expatriates, local HR and management
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and independently set own work priorities to meet the ever changing needs of your client group
  • Able to quickly build relationships to ensure collaboration with employees, management, HR partners and vendors
  • Excellent analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Solid organization and planning skills that display quality mind set and work habits with ability to follow simple and complex work instructions
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required, SAP knowledge is desirable
