THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be part of the Sales team of PMFTC, Inc. and will be reporting to the Business Building Manager. As a Business Building Supervisor, you are principally accountable for the achievement of volume target within his/her district.  This includes allocating sales volume targets across territory groups within his/her district, review and approve individual and/or shared action plans proposed by BBEs (w/ distributor sales personnel) needed to achieve their respective territory volume targets, and to support PMFTC in the implementation and execution of Sales Projects towards the achievement of the immediate and long term goals of the company.

You will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:

- Handle direct supervision of project implementation based on his/her regional assignment.

- Responsible for the direct coordination among Third Party and Business Building Group in relation to the sales project. Providing feedback and assistance to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of the project.

- Ensure timely and efficient implementation of trade survey programs, while monitoring proper logistics and administration of the TPA. Consolidate all information reported from the region of responsibility, including feedback on other necessary details from the trade.

-       Skill Gap Analysis

Conducts skill gaps analyses, in conjunction with the customer, at DSS, KAE and TR level so as appropriate programs can be developed, implemented and measured.

-       Training Program/ Material Development

Participates with training department members in sourcing and in developing training materials that meet customer requirements, address identified skill gaps and fit local cultural requirements.

-       Delivery of Training Programs

Facilitates the learning process of DSS, KAE, and TR by delivering classroom and on-the-job training programs, materials, and methods in an environment of open learning

-       Reporting

Maintains appropriate employee training and skills gap analysis records as well as on-going communications of employee development progress to department members and customers
