THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be part of the Marketing team of PMFTC, Inc. and will be reporting to Manager Marketing Services. You will play a challenging role within a dynamic environment. YOU will also be:

Facilitating accurate DME and IME accrual and expense monitoring, including ad-hoc analysis related to promotional effectiveness to ensure that the department constantly strives towards maximizing impact/creativity of spending within the market.

Maintaining central IME and DME budget tracking system for Marketing, and issuing relevant periodic budget and actual spending reports to Brand Managers and Marketing Director.

Ensuring that all services and goods are processed in SAP with utmost accuracy and within PMFTC rules and standards.

Conducting monthly meetings with major suppliers to ensure that billings and issues are settled immediately.

Updating and maintaining WBS by coordinating with the different groups/functions within the department so as to establish appropriate expense recognition.

Assisting the Marketing Services Manager in establishing contracts/rate cards for main suppliers, together with Central Procurement.
