YOU are well organized and self-motivated professional with at least a year of working experience on General Trade and Key Accounts from a FMCG Company.
YOU are able to manage responsibilities with minimum guidance, are good in planning and prioritizing and can lead/support a number of projects with tight deadlines.
YOU have excellent communication skills, relate well with peers and a team player.
YOU are able to work in a highly dynamic environment.
YOU must have good negotiation and consultative selling skills.
YOU must have good driving skills.
YOU have University degree, excellent command of verbal and written English.
YOU will be part of the Sales team in PMFTC, Inc. and will be reporting to Senior Key Accounts Executive. You will play a challenging role within a dynamic environment, being responsible in the development of the Key Account trade segment as a sustainable competitive advantage for PMFTC, Inc. by executing competitively advantageous, efficient and effective Key Account strategies and programs in select accounts that support the achievement of planned market and brand related sales targets.
YOU will also be able to
- Provides high service levels and establish industry advisor status with all
- Leverages rapport to ensure PMFTC products & promotional materials
have prime visibility, are available whenever a consumer wishes to
purchase, are at price parity with competitor target brands, and ensure
products and promotional materials are in prime condition.
- Introduces and maintains inventory management principles, processes and
tools. Monitors and evaluates brand variant sales potential & the cost of out
of stocks by outlet and present to outlet management monthly.
- Ensures constant monitoring, reporting and analysis of competitive
activities in line with local Competition Laws. Analysis of potential impact of
competitor activities on PMPMI share of market and volume.

The history of the company began when Philip Morris International (PMI) entered into a licensing agreement with La Suerte Cigar and Cigarette factory to manufacture and sell Marlboro in 1955. After 40 years of success, Philip Morris Philippines Inc. (PMPH) was established to handle all sales and marketing aspects related to the Marlboro and Philip Morris brands in 1995.
A landmark development took place last Feb. 25, 2010. PMPMI and Fortune Tobacco Corporation (FTC) entered into an agreement to combine their business operations and selected assets in a new company called PMFTC Inc. PMFTC is the market leader in the local cigarette industry with over 90% percent share of the adult cigarette market
