The Corporate Secretary assists the Board of Directors in ensuring the company’s compliance with capital market regulations, and ensures that the Board of Directors is always informed about changes to capital market regulations and their implications to the company.

CORPORATE SECRETARY

Andy Revianto was re-appointed as Corporate Secretary effective as of April 1, 2023, by virtue of the Board of Directors’ Resolution dated March 31, 2023, replacing his predecessor, Yly Suardy. Andy, who was born in Jakarta on July 2, 1985, previously served as Corporate Secretary from January 1 to October 30, 2019, before he was assigned for 18 months to Philip Morris Products S.A., in Lausanne, Switzerland, as part of the Digital & Privacy Law. Since November 2015 until now, Andy has also served as the Legal Counsel at Sampoerna. He started his career with the Company in 2011 where he first served as the Regulatory Affairs Executive. He was subsequently entrusted to hold more senior positions in the External Affairs Department, namely External Affairs Strategy & Planning Supervisor as well as External Relations & Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. Prior to joining Sampoerna, Andy worked as one of the lawyers at Nurjadin, Sumono, Mulyadi & Partners Law Office. He earned his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Indonesia in 2008 and was the recipient of a full scholarship from the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Indonesia for the Dual-Degree Executive MBA program from Pelita Harapan University, Jakarta, in collaboration with Peking University, China.

INVESTOR RELATIONS

Dyah Surowidjojo was appointed as Investor Relations on September 1, 2017. Born in Jakarta on December 15, 1971, she earned her master’s degree in Finance from Monash University in Australia, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Indonesia. She started her career in Sampoerna in 2006 as Planning Manager, then progressed and expanded her role in Strategic Planning and Business Development. Prior to her tenure in the company, she worked as Strategic Planning Supervisor for Philip Morris Thailand, Planning Analyst for Philip Morris Indonesia and Finance Consultant for KPMG Financial Consultant.
