To fulfil provision of Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-A Article II.5 and Number I-V Article II.4 which states that free float share is a share in scripless from, we hereby intended to convert your scrip shares into scripless shares.
We will bear all the necessary costs paid to the Share Administration Bureau in connection with the conversion process. Further, we will reimburse the actual cost of opening securities account and its storage on your preferred securities company for first year (if any) with maximum amount of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah)
