Smoke-free products

Philip Morris International has a growing portfolio of smoke-free products that offers a range of different choices for adult smokers. These alternatives to smoking includes heated tobacco, e-vapor, and oral smokeless products.

Our heated tobacco products (also called heat-not-burn products) heat tobacco to generate a flavorful nicotine-containing vapor without smoke or ash.

Meanwhile, our e-vapor products (also called vapes or e-cigarettes) produce a nicotine-containing vapor without using tobacco, which is satisfying to smokers.

The third product category is oral smokeless products, such as nicotine pouches and snus. Nicotine pouches do not contain tobacco and allow the user to absorb nicotine through a cellulose pouch, which is placed between the gum and the cheek or upper lip. Snus products are similar but contain smokeless tobacco.

These alternatives to smoking are not risk-free and provide nicotine which is addictive.
