Over two decades, Global Business Solutions (GBS) has evolved from a small delivery center in Krakow into an integrated team that partners across functions, categories, and regions. From supporting our product launches and market expansions to enabling critical business processes, GBS has continually adapted to meet PMI’s changing needs. Today, GBS connects around 3,000 professionals supporting nearly 200 markets.
