Performance metrics are fundamental to monitoring progress and driving continuous improvement on our sustainability priorities. By systematically measuring and periodically reporting on sustainability performance, we ensure that our business strategy and value creation approach extend beyond financial capital to encompass multiple forms of capital, including human, social, and natural resources. This comprehensive perspective enables us to track our impact, demonstrate accountability, and support long-term, sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.
The metrics on this page are explained in the relevant sections of our Value Report 2025 and in additional communications available on our website. Please also refer to the Glossary. and the Non-financial KPI Hub for further information on our approach to non-financial data and methodological details for key KPIs.
